What does November mean to you? Cool weather, maybe rain, turkey, football. Now you can add one more - the annual Presbyterian Women Thank Offering Tea. This offering will be held this year on November 11th, immediately following Worship in the Centennial Room. All Northsiders are invited to join us for cider and breads - banana, ginger, pumpkin and more. While you are enjoying the food and fellowship, you will have an opportunity to contribute to the Thank Offering. This has been an annual program of PW all over the United States since 1888. Each year various organizations submit requests for one year grants, which in recent years have averaged a total of $3,000,000; average total offering has been about $900,00 0. This year's recipients include 33 overseas and 16 in the U.S. with 40% going to health ministries. This is an easy way to be part of a big project and we hope to see you on the 11th!
